Tech Note:
- Ford Trucks with OEM 10.5 inch gears will use MKF10.5, MKF10.5 will not work with any aftermarket gears
- Ford Trucks with OEM 10.25 inch gears will use MKF10.25
- 10.25 inch gears can be used in place of 10.5 inch gears if using the long pinion 10.25 inch gears
- 10.25 inch trucks came with both a long and a short pinion option
- 10.25 inch short pinion gears can only be used in 10.5 inch housings with a short yoke
