Have you wanted to carry a spare tire but did not want to sacrifice the bed space? We have the solution. This is our Can-Am Maverick X3 tire carrier 2017+. Designed with functionality in mind.
This design we feel checks all the boxes. The Carrier positions the tire further back as well as lower to the ground. This helps to achieve two things. First, with the tire setting lower it moves the weight lower to the center of gravity providing more stability. Second, With the tire being pushed further back I provides a better ride quality, and best of all with the new tire position you retain the use of your bed space.
Installation is 100% bolt on. We utilize factory holes in the chassis to locate and position the Carrier. Once located the buyer will need to drill 4- 3/8” holes and 1- ¼” hole. Do not worry about the hardware, because its all included with your purchase! Even the lug nuts. The tire carrier will ship to you powder coated in black.
The construction starts with 1.75 and 1.5 .120 tube to create the main structure. We then CNC cut all the steel plate to ensure precise fitment. Once all parts are ready, we assemble each carrier in a fixture. This fixture ensures precise fitment for the buyer as well as minimizes heat distortion from welding.
The tire carrier will accommodate a 33” tire.
